    Bon't pull the bolt.. it's a wiper blade. The end is plastic. The arm has a U on the end. There is a little plastic release clip. You push it then slide the plastic end back toward the base of the arm. It is in the package with the new blade.

    i believe he was referring to the wiper switch not the blade. and thats what the pic looks like too (the switch assembly for the wipers)

    That is the wiper switch on the steering column
