i dont think it goes anywhere, mine isnt connected (the wires)
Can you hook up a multimeter to that 2 pin plug and see if it goes live on ACC or the engine running? A blue wire tends to be connected to the accessory circuit - this might have been for air con :shrug:
I almost started to say that is was the connector for a 3 wire connector starter. Sure looks close to one. Depending on year of truck, the extra wire going to the starter was a great benefit for starting. It would increase the voltage and crank engine faster. But, I think Geezer may be correct. It looks like something AC related. You can check the electrical schematics we have on forum for the correct answer. I think they are located in the Wiki section if no one gives a definite answer between now and then.

On wire i came acrossed in haynes it says I'm looking ing at a,solenoid I have this thing but don't know what it is..I'm also looking for a 83 and 84 emis sion digrams to the one one hood Mines not there :( I have both Chilton n Haynes manuals and emission for 1984 down don't excist in them looking for more books or unles someone take pictures of theres first..Attachment 18453Attachment 18453
