Bumper choice

Bumper choice

Postby pennyman1 » Thu Apr 01, 2010 3:34 pm

Now that I got My 86 d50 home, Ive been trying to decide what to do about the front bumper. Some fool hooked a chain to it and bent it 3 ways from sunday. I thought about replacing it with an aluminum one from the sport or Royal model, but I haven't seen any for the 83-86 years. I do have a NOS Chrome 79-82 Bumper and the brackets with end caps to swap it over. I'm looking for opinions on which way to go. Any ideas?

I would put the NOS bumper on a 79-82 only. I would just replace the 86 with a new aftermarket, or if youre like me, I would get a used OEM from the Junkyard or CAR-part.com and refinish it accordingly or have it rechromed. Than it will fit right!

I know, I'll swap the one from my 80 on it and put the chrome one on the 80 :shifty:  :D

Tips for Studying Languages

I would like to say, it is not the price to define the use of the program or class. Some one can obtain a language by his hard working with the rosetta stone discount, at low price through reading books, listening to the foreign language

S-10 worked out fine for me. Cheap and minimal work to get it to fit. Alot easier to find then mitsubishi and its a one piece. Seems sturdier too.
