do you really want to pay that much money on spark plug wires that you probably wont notice a difference with?

Some thoughts on your plans:
You can't run an MSD and Nology wires, they will conflict. Use NGK platinum plugs gapped .010 wider than stock with a high energy coil for best results. I am running my 1980 2.6 with all the same parts you are looking at, and getting 25 mpg at 75-80 mph.
Go with 2.25 exhaust all the way back with a high flow cat and a flowmaster muffler; a dual outlet one will give you the dual look and sound, with the performance to back it up
Lighten the flywheel on a 5 spd; stock is 30 lbs and slows spinup. 5 to 10 lbs will do wonders.
Get a taller air filter for the weber, the one that comes with it is too low for the air to flow in properly. the right height is twice the height of the one in the kit.

The only cams I've ever seen were regrinds from schneider cams. I have a 274 regrind in my 2.6. Findanza makes an aluminum flywheel for the 2.6 turbo out of a Starion/Conquest. It runs a 240mm clutch and pressure plate. I don't know stock size of the Mighty Max clutch, but I would assume 225mm the same as the smaller clutch in the Starquest. It's kind of pricey though. I paid close to $300 for mine. A machine shop should be able to lighten the stocker.

If you go with a balance shaft elimination and a lightened flywheel, you had better get the whole rotating assembly balanced, otherwise, your engine is going to beat itself to death.
If you love something, set it free. If it comes back to you it's yours to keep.If it doesn't come back, hunt it down..and kill it
