Did you try switching the bulbs? I had the same problem when I put mine on my sunfire. I could only get 1 to come on until I started the car, then both would light up.
i did switch the bulbs back and forth. Doing so I found out the bulb and ballast do not work for one side. I've sent the seller a message and they've replied telling me to try switching them back and forth as you said. Still waiting on a reply for my last message.
picked up a can of wrinkle finish red at the summit store when we went to atl this past weekend. I also got my adjustable rpm module so I can drop my 1st step down a bit more.
they came with mustang bracket but I cut the feet off of them, mounted them directly to the seat.This made the width correct and I could just bolt them right in with my sliders.
