A buddy of mine picked up a firebird for next to nothing... (98) $450
We had to get it home to diagnose the problem (didn't drive)
Found out it was the security system. FIXED and up for sale $2500! :mrgreen:

gotta love that shit rusty,,,, i picked up a 95 escort for the wife. 200 bucks not running. the guy dumped tons of cash into trying to get it running. it was a good friend of mines car that he sold to his brother. he put about 5000 miles on it b4 it went down. i got it home put a 24dollar timing belt on it now the wifey has a 35mpg daily for 224$ its a 5 spd and i bet it will need a clutch b4 im done teaching her how to drive a stick,,,,,lol or just junk it what ever...... oh and a neck brace for me too....... :)
