You can thank the EPA. Soon all paints will be water based HVLP and California is leading the way..

You think thats bad for california......... The government in california want to now ban COW SHIT (manure) , Manufacture of cement. Because of the pollution it creates. Its coming to all states by 2012- banning all voc based paints for water-borne. Don't know about the clears.

There not banning the cow shit. Just how you pile it up. I know a couple of dairy farmers that had to change the way they clean out the barns and cover and line the holding ponds. Big big bucks.

i have a little bit of the purple that some of my interior pieces with. i love it.

but at least their colors can be matched
