Welp, you should have used a 3/8 nap roller, it would have filled in the defects better!

Are you serious? No offense man, I've painted over sheetmetal with dents like that but that was on race cars. I've even rattle canned my truck when I was 16. I can understand if your on a budget but don't see using house paint as a good idea. I don't think you'll seal out the elements with that.

I don't know about that paint- are you gonna wet sand it and buff it out? Nows a good time to hone the dent working skills- getting them out will make it look so much better! The truck deserves better, even if its a work truck! :snooty:

Why would you even be proud of a job like that no offense but that is shameful i mean 25 bucks in filler, 20 maybe in paper and 5 on a hand block and some tome and would look way better that looks like all the trucks driven here in southern arizona.

well i did use tons of filler and sanded the shit out of it. i just needed the truck to draw less attention from cops, and so i do not have the little Mexican wheels that make little trucks look dumb so i dont know what merlin is talking about. i have 3 kids and no job atm. time and money is rare for me. so anything i accomplish im proud of. besides, its no longer a cop magnet like it was when i first got it. it may look a little trashy im insulted.
