they got my cousin mike, he had the confirmation number and the other person had his account number like the commercial said and they said he had to have the employee id as well

you think they screw their customers.. you should try working for them. no benefits, work on christmas for straight time, 7 days a week 12 hour days with no overtime, ice on the roof? we dont care, get up there.
