What up

Postby BOOSTED88D50 » Sat Aug 08, 2009 10:59 pm

New to the d50 scene but not mitsu's. Gone through 5-6 starions, and wanted to try something different. Picked up a 2.6 longbed d50 for $600 on craigslist, that ran and drove fine. Right now its down for rebuild/megasquirt/mpi/turbo beast mod. I chopped two coils and did a 3in block in the rear. Needs MOAR low in the back though. Here are some pictars.

Hmmm, so your going to use a starion trans then keeping the same platform. Full starion swap soon? I thing projectzerog talks about a wilwood hydraulic setup. Lots of information there.

thanks for the welcomes everyone. I plan on drifting the truck once every things broken in. Ill be sure to get major pics. Ill copy the build thread that i have going on at starquest club over here within the next couple of days. Hopefully should have it up and running within a month. As for the full starion swap, i was going to just turbo the stock motor that cane with it, but i found a killer deal on a rebuilt starion motor so im going to go with it, since its waaaaaaaaaay stonger than the n/a 2.6.
