How to change Oil Pan Gasket on 2.6 4x4

Can someone please chime in hear.
I read that you can disconnect the center tranny mount and hoist the motor up, and you can get to it.

    I don't have an engine hoist...Any suggestions.

    Thanks

Use a jack with some 2x4s. Motor mounts may need unbolting, Remember to support the vehicle or chock wheels. Be sure to pop hood or you'll put a nice dent in it. Anything else that might be effected, like short wires pulled or cables, exhaust tubes, etc, will also want to be lifted with the engine.
As far as disconnecting trany mount...as old as your truck is and if you never replace the trany mount...I'm sure it is already disconnected or delaminated from itself by now, lol. Might as well buy a new one since your unbolting it anyway.
rockauto might have one for replacement for 10-20 bucks
