    Fender flares?

Getting the spacing awarly from everything I don't like the stance. Any ideas on a good set of fender flares for an 87 2wd?

No, I haven't. I need something I can thin at the top and widen at the bottom. To help my tires look more flush.

Looking at the visuals, I think lowering my truck is going to help with the look that I am trying to achieve. So I am going to work on that. I might have to go with a slight camber. Or I am going to have to cut my wheel studs and go with shorter spacers. Or get shorter spacers and go with different wheels. So I Guess I need to work on getting things lowered first. and then decide what I am going to do there.

These are similar to the OEM ones. But are made from rubber?

They're hand laid fibreglass with black gel coating. Pricey but lets face it, this guy has the monopoly on them...

    Thanks, throtron and geezer

That's interesting. Looks like it's the same vendor, everything on the ads is the same except the price.
Has anyone here bought from this guy before?

You might have some luck getting them from a parts truck too. About half of them over here have the factory ones, but they have a bit that joins onto the side trim too so look a bit off by themselves

the 1st two listings look like oem style.
1st is $284 for a set of four. 2nd listing is $169 for the front pair only it seems
that last ebay listing are some big/wide flares, @ $460 a set of four

with correct size and offset, the wheels can sit flush on a lowered 2wd pickup, without spacers
negative camber so top of tire clears bodywork, is something I don't even see rednecks practice

I'm rocking a set of 16x10 with -44 offset with a set of 195/45r16. Lines up perfectly with a 2.5 drop in the front and 4inch drop I the rear.FB_IMG_1518138697106.jpg

looks aggresive.... maybe that's what he is chasing as well
just to let the guy know, one can get a flush look(stock body panels) without spacers or flares

John Baker used to make a set like the one below:

I found a set uninstalled in the bed of a truck in the junkyard. They are nice fiberglass units.

It reminds me of an R/C 4x4 I had as a kid - big and chunky looking. Very cool
