I dunno, I think you should try to drift it with the big box thing on the bed!

Welcome to the site, pop into the introductions section and say hello properly. Look forward to your build!

    Edit: Hey, guys....round headlights *cough*

***** the round headlights in Gen 1 pickup were found only on Mitsubishi Forte trucks over seas. N one of the trucks sold here ever had round lights. Only was like 77-80. Yes they started with forte in 77

Ya I saw that on the bed. If they had the hooks when did they go away on the over seas trucks? It would be nice to get this information in the wiki history section. There must be more info on them some where.

The guy is in Amman Jordan. He sent me a PM and says things are tough over there. He is working 12 hour days 6 days a week and gets $300 for the week. That sucks. Nut he said that he is drifting it. And it drives well. He might also be forced to move so this may cause him to loose the truck.

as previously posted - round headlights were in every country but the US and Canada. Dodge and Plymonth trucks in 79 to 82 had the single 7x6 rectangular headlights and the mitsu forte was never sold in the US so these round headlight trucks never saw US soil. If you like the round headlight look, a grille could be imported from austrailia through our aussie connections, or make a custom setup using BMW 5 or 7 series headlight assemblies from the 80s - they are self contained and don't require the headlight mount plates to be modded.

Cool, man! I was browsing Google Images the other day when I stumbled upon the Australian first gen D50 with 4 round headlights. I think they look awesome, and I saved about a dozen great pictures of them!

not that much bro. , i still don't have that much of money to continue working over the pick up , but i got an ECU ( apexi fc commander ) , that should pop up the hpS from 280 to 310 , also torque will pop up . drive shaft broke and some fuel tank damage ( fixed ) , having a problem to get insurance license , but i will still work over this pickup until i drift with it over locale drifting competition , hopefully in the next few years

im still here , thing got better im taking 550$ weekly for only 14 hours daily , the pickup drifts perfect , i drift it over 65 mile/h , but last month the drive shaft got broke and hit the fuel tank ..... i fexed them for 200$ ....some friend got me an ECU ( APEXI FC commander ) it should pop up the power for 310 hp , and last month i got Bee-R rev limter for only 80$ , next mounth i should have a 2nd job .... so the pickup should finish soon , hopfully in next few years . few months ago i was going to sell the engine with gearbox .... no $$$$$ at all ... but gladly i passed that hard time ,
i will post newer photos sone ... i don't have that much time to get in the internet ,
