    Diesel Starion here

    Ran across the site while looking for a replacement turbo, guess ill introduce myself lol

    i have a 88 conquest, was making about 400hp on a mpi 4g54 with a hx40, broke driveshaft, sold everything and went a different route
    fast forward, i now have a 4d56t swapped conquest!
    though i made quick work of the stock td04-9b at 25psi, i now have a billet 15t on the way

    That's really cool. What else did you need to complete the swap? Harness, computer...?

    just a lift pump and filter, 91 is all mechanical
    bolted to my flywheel and trans
    bolted the delica mounts to car no problem
    had to extend alternator harness
    removed intake pickup filter and engine bay filter and put diesel filters in

    i have a aftermarket coolant gauge, only thing i dont have is EGT and Tach

    So all you had to do was hook up the alternator wires and the starter?

    Are you satisfied with the power and what condition it was in when you got it?

    used 150k miles
    i love it, no where near the power i was used to, but it does what i wanted lol

    alt, using gas starter, fuel cut wire

    Killer. Do you have a build thread somewhere? BTW I said in your other thread try Mile Warme if the other guy doesn't work out.

    i actually have a Billet td04-15t on the way from Kinugawa in japan, just waiting for it.
    Though i wouldnt mind finding a TC05 hotside for a 4d55, just to up the size of my turbine wheel, not to mention how much easier it is to find a td05 turbo lol

    Just checking out that harness you had posted on that other site. Makes a nice ball rolled up like that. Your not planning to unwrap all that and rewrap are you? Maybe a couple miles of flexible shrink tubing would be nice.

    they had included half of the trucks wiring for some reason, i didnt use anything but the 2 relays for the glow plugs lol

    getting 32 at the moment, with the fuel turned up, running 25psi, and still on the 3.55 gears (2900 @ 70mph)
    need to get the rpm down, still need to get the intercooler mounted up too
