Misses at idle when warmed up

Yeah I'm a newb....I just bought an 87 D50 sport with the 2.6 auto. It runs great until it gets up to temp then it idles really rough. I just bought it from a lady whose husband died last year and the truck sat for many years. It has 88k miles. It has fresh gas,new plugs, wires, cap, elec fuel pump. All installed before I got it.

Also do I need the heat tube that comes directly off the exhaust manifold? It has holes that I patched until I can find one if needed.

Love the truck, pics coming soon.

check the egr valve - carbon jams it open and it will cause drivability problems. Also check all of the cvacuum hoses, especially the ones in the box on the inner fender on the drivers side of the engine bay - split or chewed hoses will cause this problem.
