The G54b and 4G64 intake manifolds (and heads) are very different and not interchangeable. If you compare images of their respective intake gaskets (MD024628 and MD068905) you'll see what I mean.
As dash and SubGothius mention the Starion/Conquest intake manifold will bolt onto the truck head. Both vehicles use the same head and nearly identical gaskets. However, you'll need the entire Starion intake system, engine harness, ECM, among other components to pull it off.
