Hey, Scummm...is it ONLY the plates bulb out? If so, just replace the bulb. There should be other lights on that circuit.
The greatest gift you have to give to the world is that of your own self~transformation.
It gets its power from the tail lamp. Many times someone will tap into it for a trailer light and mess up the wire. Or the ground is dirty
