Stock Rocker Arms

The stock exhaust rocker arms for use with hydraulic lifters is MD072118 according to my research.
this exact part number is listed for the fork lift motor. I assume I can use on my truck?

also, can I use (8) exhaust rockers since I have a aftermarket non jet valve head? They appear identical if you exclude the arm that would actuate a jet valve.

Again, I would assume the Starion hydraulic camshaft will work in the truck. Where can I get one at a reasonable price that has been properly harden? (No Chinese stuff)
