Finally got time and good weather to finish this upgrade. Since the calipers were purchased from RA, I needed mounting brackets and hard lines that attach to the caliper.
The original hard line is similarly shaped but a bit shorter. It might have been possible to bend it enough to work but the Montero supporting bracket is definitely required unless you can fashion your own. The backing plates needed trimming, but no other modifications are necessary.
