I signed up a while back up have been inactive and mostly just reading. I picked up a mighty max earlier this year and have been planning on doing a dohc swap and turboing it but now I'm thinking I'll keep my truck running stock and pick up a broken truck to do a 4g63t swap instead. But I've been reading again to refresh myself on what I need.

Have you used non-ethanol gasoline..? It's supposed to be better & less prone to add gunk 'n slop 'n blobs of goo into the fuel system... Maybe you could post a few photos of your truck, new members are initiated that way :^)
