yes, I believe it was a single point fuel injection running a 12b turbo and I think that motor also what is available in first gen Pajero‘s in Japanese domestic market
it is that motor that I thought might be possibly used in the first gen L 200s in the Japanese market
but I cannot find any real evidence of that bling correct
