    G64 Swap

Hi all, I'm swapping a g64 in place of a g64b. I've already got the wiring and everything done and the engine is bolted to the tranny but the oil pan doesn't clear the axle. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to make it clear the axle. Thanks in advance for the input.

No such engine code as G64B; did you mean G54B (2.6L), or are you just swapping one 4G64 2.4L for another of the same?

If they're both 4G64s, reckon you could just swap the oil pan from the old engine to the new one, if they differ.

Or if the old engine was a G54B, and the donor 4G64 wasn't one of these trucks, you may just need to find the right 4G64 oil pan for Mighty Max/Ram 50 applications, and/or maybe you need to change engine mount(s).
