This is my 1992 Triton - it has sat it my shed for a few months while I worked on another vehicle. That car is now finished so the Triton is next on my list.

The Mikuni carb is bad so I'm some way through replacing it with a chinese Weber copy - I've actually done this swap before on a much older car I transplanted an Astron into back in the 1980s. It's fun to have a 4G54 powered vehicle again. Engine runs strong when it's running but I can't hurl that Mikuni far enough away.

It's a bare bones cab-chassis, filthy inside. Radio missing but I am putting a spare one in there. Haven't checked the suspension yet but there is some play in the steering so I assume I'm up for at least a few parts there.

Looking forward to working on it properly now.
