    Holly Carb

I found a Holly carb for sale that came off an '87 (same year as mine), and was apparently manufactured at some point. Called the owner, he doesn't know when or how many miles are on it, but that the motor it was on spun a main because of not having oil in the crankcase.

Is this something I should be interested in? I was planning on buying a Weber eventually, if I can afford it, or at the very least getting a rebuild kit for my Mikuni. Would this be a good option too? He's only asking $100 for it.

He told me earlier he'd take $75 for it, and it has a date saying it was remanufactured in '07.

Not thinking it's worth it. Besides, I REALLY want that weber. Thanks guys.
