Transfer case issues on an 89 2.6L

Hello, I’m at my wits end with my t case, I bought my 89 last week knowing it needed a few things as 4th gear always pops out (syncro is bad) easy. And the guy said the rear main was leaking. Also no issue. But it was the t case leaking, I separated it and found that the rear output seal had blown up and it sucked the spring into what I’d like to think is an oiling sleeve and the spring made a mess of that cylinder and the driveshaft outer shell from the spline. I can’t find new parts or anything can anyone help? It’s an 89 2.6L with the km145 (manual trans of course)
