    2g 4g63t swap clutch issues

I’ve gone and put in a 2g 4g63t into my mighty max/d 50. It’s mated the original KM132 trans mission using the Eclipse flywheel and pressure plate and the trucks disc.
With the clutch disengaged (pedal up) and the trans in gear there is no vehicular movement. With the rear off the ground and the trans in gear I can spin the driveshaft, see the gears in the transmission spinning and hear the disc scuffing (slipping). There isn’t enough contact to drive the remaining components. What am I missing here?
Thanks in advance George the Painter

There may be an issue with the thrust bearing and/or bearing carrier. There are 2 types and one travels further towards the clutch assembly. And I know this one is kind of obvious but also check the clutch cable adjustment...
