    Fusible Link Replacement

    Hey everyone,

I burnt through one of my battery harness's fusible links in a very bad spot (Going down steep mountain road) and would like to replace it and pack a few premade spares in the glovebox. The terminal on the fusible link arc'd on the battery hold-down post, just bad luck there, limped home ok jerry-rigged jumper, but its needs a new link wire worked up.

The problem i'm having is that I cannot find any information on the gauges in any of the wiring diagrams. I see the fusible links diagramed everywhere, some great posts here and even instructions on how to replace them in the Haynes manual, but no specifics on the fusible link gauges for a 1989 2nd Gen with my harness.

There is a color code specification for link wires out there, but being Mitsu, Light Blue isnt listed on the Norco charts.

Here's the wire without any markings:

Heres my harness. (2 Light Blues and a Red for the fusible links)

Thanks for any info anyone can provide.
