Wiring in a 1G ECU for my turbo setup, and I'm still fighting an RPM signal from the TDC sensor in the CAS.

I have swapped to a 1G DSM trigger wheel with the dual slots. I have tested the distributor in the truck and my spare with the OE trigger wheel. Both have a cam angle signal that pulses 4 times up to 5V. Neither show a crank signal. Both are known good distributors. I am stumped.
