'87 5sp trans sensors need

I'm needing to replace the 3 manual transmission(4×4) sensors on my tyranny, what specifically are they called and where cam I get them?

Those are switches, not sensors. The one with long wire leads is the back-up light switch (P/N MD700198). The other two with short leads are for the 4WD lights of the gauge cluster (P/Ns MD704162 and MD704163). Search using the P/Ns and you'll find they're available from multiple sources.
If you haven't yet removed them, take note that each has a 5/16" steel ball that can fall out when the switch is removed. Don't loose or fail to reinstall the ball before installing the switch. Without the ball, the lights won't turn off. If that's the problem now, the switch may be fine and all you need are the balls (P/N MF540010) if you find they're missing.
