1991 to 1987 parts swap?

So I found a 1991MM parts truck, will parts interchange to a 1987 D50? Everything is the same i.e. 4X4, 5 sp manual, 2.6 L. Thanks

Hm, I'd thought the 2.0 and 2.6 were both replaced from '90-on with the injected 2.4 for RWD or the V6 for all 4x4s?

That said, engine and minor trim aside, pretty much everything else should be identical partswise AFAIK.

I'm just going off what the guy said in the ad. Engine may not be a 2.6
