Hello I’m new here. Got 89 dodge raider
sat few days went to start up cranked a little bit slowed to a stop.
crank won’t move with a breaker bar in either direction. Any advice

snapped timing belt possibly. dont force it, pop the front cover off and check the belts condition and timing marks
2.6 has timing chains, no belt. Unlikely the chain just broke unless it was already making a hellish racket for some time. Sure you had the trans in neutral when you tried turning the crank, Pepperoni?

Bunch of things could've happened. Broken counter balance chain jammed up in the bottom of the timing cover, chain could've jumped off the oil pump sprocket (RIP bottom end from oil deprivation) Taking the rocker cover off and 'jiggling' the timing chain might be a clue to how bad the chain and guides are, but you won't know until you pull the timing cover off...
