    Power Steering Belt?

Hey y'all! Fairly new here. Rescued a 1990 Power Ram 50 from certain death and have been working through all the problems. So far, have replaced/upgraded fuel lines, brake lines, fuel pump, fuel tank, injectors, timing belt, battery, distributor, spark plugs and wires...and more. It's running amazingly well. However, I'm a little stumped by something. When I got it, there's wasn't a power steering belt. I don't have AC, so it has a single belt that runs the water pump and alternator. I ordered a belt for the power steering pump and it came in WAAAAY too long (39"). My belts route like the image below...

Based on my measurements with a string, that belt comes in at around 17-17.5" I've searched and searched to try and find that belt just to confirm that I have the right measurement and can't find one anywhere near that length. What gives?
