1988 mighty max carb screw identification

The bolt fell out of this peice on the carburetor and I am trying to figure out what is called so I can replace it. It could be adjusted with a flat head screwdriver and it's at the top of the carb towards the firewall. In the pictures my finger is pointing at the hole where it goes.

It's a little silver bowl and at the bottom of it there's a little bitty black head screw that can be adjusted
