Wiper speed upgrade from 2 speed (hi and low) to 3 speed (intermittent, hi, and low)

Just installed a new column switch for my 1992 Mitsubishi L200. Stock only has 2 speeds (hi and low) and the new one has 3 speeds (intermittent, hi, and low). All switches work except the intermittent switch. Any ideas what to do? Thanks.

the pinout is obviously different check the pinout . check the old pinout versus the new layout . also check the pin layout from the male end and make sure there is a pin to accept the intermediate pin layout . 88-92 are different . also the l200 pin layout might be different in this matter . this is the difference from the LHD AND RHD trucks.
