UPDATE: I made one mistake here. The capacitor/condenser mounted at the base of the coil mounting bracket (barely visible here just behind the end of the ballast resistor block) should have its wire lead connected to the coil negative terminal (where the blue and the white wires are connected here). This filters out RF noise from the ignition coming over the radio and also protects the ignition control module (ICM, inside the dizzy) from the voltage spikes that occur whenever the coil fires a spark.
