I'm running one on my 86 G54b. I'm plenty happy so far but only have 6k miles on mine since I installed it. Also, mine had a broken casting where the distributor timing hold down stud should be. I sure wish I had seen that before I had installed the head. I'm not sure if it happened in shipping or handling before it shipped to me.

I just put on brand new head and cam from Clearwater Cylinder Heads. It's non jet valve mechanical head that has all the factory downfalls taken out of it. I used ARP head studs and an OEM graphite head gasket. So far so good!

You might need to grind out some of the ribs in the valve cover to clear the studs. At least I had to on mine.
