    No Disconnect?

My '89 D50 has broken the plastic yoke at top of clutch cable. Almost felt like pedal room resistance was higher before it popped.
No time now, deer season, family, etc. Anyone else had a throw-out bind up? Thank you, Lunny

You can try to clamp and shim it (don't know how successful or durable it'll be) It would probably be a band aid fix at best...

Well, I guess my cable or linkage could be piled up.....
Just wondered if anyone had a similar problem.
20 deg. F. this AM. Too cold for oldfarts. At least me.
    Thanks, Lunny

cables can and do jamb up in the sheath. usually get no maintenance, full of gunk that hardens up, freys the cable, cable starts to grab the inside, jambs fully or snaps

Another issue could be a bad/missing ground to the block; then if it still runs at all it's grounding by any path it can, which could be the clutch and/or throttle cable, leading to premature cable failure.

Anybody seen my lever return spring? Book said to remove it from lever, can't find or see where it would be? Help me if I'm missing something. NAPA cable feels odd, I'm around 3/4" free play at pedal.
    Help me if you can.
    Thanks, Lunny
