Picked up a New to me Ram 50. Not sure if it's gonna be project or parts. It was local and priced in my range. Not running currently but hopefully soon. 2wd extended cab. 5 speed manual with carbed 2.6

The extended cab has been primarily used as a storage shed since last year. I threw an ugly aluminum topper on the bed and filled with various things I want to keep out of the rain. The front bumper was so mangled I had to just cut it off. Took a while to clean all the garbage out of the cab and bed. The mikuni carb is corroded bad and the fuel tank is even worse. Replaced the coil and rewired the distributor in order to get it running while spraying carb clean. It ran long enough to make sure the engine wasn't total junk. I lucked out and found a gently used Weber 32/36 redline kit which is working very well. Used an Edelbrock in line pump in a regular gas can until I can figure out a fuel tank. Still sitting on four flat tires and surrounded by junk but maybe this weekend I can drive it around the block a bit

Extended cab lives. The Weber is genuine from redline and has the " Made in Spain" casted in the body. Runs well for a beater and made it around the block a few times. Still needs a bunch of work but at least it gets around by itself now.
