It's a bit redneck, but I used a bench vise and a hammer. I got it started by hitting it with a big hammer while having it over the top of the open vise so the pin would drive down between the jaws. I don't have a press in my home shop, so have to be innovative sometimes to get things done. Once it starts moving I was able to just use a punch and tap it out. I used the vise to push the pin back in, and then spaced it with a socket on the exit side so I could crank the pin all the way through.
