Hey every one just picked up a pretty sweet 92 D50. So naturally decided to the old resource search and found this forum. Looking forward to getting the old girl running again. Any help or info a getting a new or known good ecm would be very much appreciated!

Hi and welcome to mightyram. The ECU's failing in these is not uncommon - and if you can handle a soldering iron, they're relatively easy to diagnose and repair yourself. Primary cause of failure is bad capacitors. Look for swollen/leaking capacitors and staining on the PCB. Also look at the general condition of the board. Touch up any crap looking soldered joints while you have it open
