Intake manifold ports

I have been in the process of trying to make and adaptor for the stock 2.0 manifold to the Holley sniper 2300 ebbs unit and was curious about these two ports and where they go. And what can be blocked off. I already have the egr blocked off.

small one is air port for jet valves, large port is feed to water choke on mikuni carb. Block them both off with allen head setscrews secured with Loctite red.

Did you happen to get the 2300 Holley efi setup to work?
