Nice work It's not as easy as it looks either. The good thing is you can buy the plastic threaded mounting lugs to replace the originals, but I've found that some need a little sanding to fit into the knock outs in the sheet metal as they can be really hard to press in. A word of advice - don't use spray glue to attach the new material if you have foam padding. It will leave permanent dents in the door trim the minute you touch it.
