While warming my 1980 up I found this vacuum line just hanging out. It hooks to the intake manifold under the carb and I couldn't find a place where it should plug in. In the pic my finger is under it and it's where it plugs into the manifold. (It's not the one with the green marks on it). It definitely has suction and the truck idles a little rough.
