New to this forum - thanks for letting me join!

Here in Colorado, I took my newly acquired 1980 Plymouth Arrow (thanks Scott) to the emissions station and was failed as I need a Pulse Air System.

Can any of you fine folks educate me on this and perhaps have one laying around for sale? Mr. Google was full of hits but not much I understood specific to vehicles. Thank you all! - Dana
