Possible rotors for Montero caliper conversion

Decided to flick through the DBA brake catalogue and see if there were any larger diameter rotors to fit our trucks. Namely to eliminate brake pad overlap when using Montero twin pot calipers.

For reference (all measurements in mm)
    1st gen
    Diameter - 255
    Height - 34
    Thickness - 20
    Min thickness - 18.4
    Centre hole - 84
    Stud - 6

    2nd gen
    Diameter - 258
    Height - 33.5
    Thickness - 22
    Min thickness - 20.4
    Centre hole - 84
    Stud - 6

    Montero
    Diameter - 275
    Thickness - 24
    Stud - 6
(Minimum thickness was thicker than the nominal 2nd gen thickness and height was about 46...)

So I found 2 that are potentially winners
    Great wall v200, v240, x200, x240
    L2 series rwd/4wd
4 door wellside and 2 door cab body
    06/09 on
    Front disk DBA part 2290
    Vented
    Diameter - 270
    Height - 36
    Thickness - 26
    Min thickness - 24
    Centre hole - 88
    Stud - 6

    Holden Frontera 4x4
    2.0L with/without and
    Sport 4x4 Ute
    S and se V6 and 4 cylinder
    3/95 - 8/01
    10/95 - 6/99
    2/99 - 8/01
    Front DBA part 840
    Vented
    Diameter - 280
    Height - 36
    Thickness - 26
    Min thickness - 24.6
    Centre hole - 87.5
    Stud - 6

Potentially pretty close. All seem to be 6x139.7 pcd
Maybe they are a little thick, will have to measure up the calipers with some new pads.

    A good starting point maybe

Good research there dude. I did a Gen 2 hub/rotor swap with Challenger twin piston calipers and the only issue was the overhang.

had another look and it looks like the greatwall rotors are identical to the holden/izusu.
have ordered a set and will see how it goes.....

Cant find any good measurements regarding the rotor/hub mounting bolt pcd, but by eye the look pretty close. If they need redrilling it may not be a truely viable option.

will also need some centering rings. not a major, i see its done on vws with audi brake swaps. will need a ring to take the 84mm 2nd gen hub out to meet the 88mm greatwall rotor centre
