Generally the frame alignment issue can manifest itself with improper tracking going down the road, excessive and uneven tire wear, binding in the steering etc... The cab damage could also be the load shifting. The pics I had showed a pretty full load in the bed. Don't be scared about this, it is fixable. Ill take a picture of the dent on the cab, once it gets back from the shop, and post it here in case you can tell something from it.
How much do you think it would cost to do the frame pull? (by this i'm guessing you mean getting straightened out)
And, how bad would it be to just "let it be", generally speaking, if is a little bent? (other than going through tires faster than normal)
