    93 MM 5 speed trans fluid?

    looking to replace my fluid in my 5 speed i have devoloped a whinning noise recently, no issues as far as shifting or anything trans feels great just thiught id start here. whats the best fluid to replace with? i searched here with no luck.
    thoughts or advice?

    Redline MT85 or MT90 - both are GL4 transmission oil, not rear end gear lube.
