    Oh my goodness, I'm ignorant; these trucks have some slick features... That light might mean more than I thought it could, will check fluids tomorrow... Thanks mate geezer...

    geezer ~ OK, you were right ON ~ we checked brake fluid level today & the master cylinder was very low ~ No more red BRAKE light ~ it's off now...

    I thought the red BRAKE light was only for indicating release of the emergency brake...
