Torsion Bars can be had from Sway-Away... for a price... and a long lead time...
It is likely much easier to order them from adventuredrivendesign.com, though still a 6 week lead.
There was a second shop but I can not lay my fingers on the name at the moment.

Leveling the Montero lift requires an Add-a-leaf or a 2" Toyota front lift shackle.
