Put weber on now I am burning up ignition fusible link. Any pointers will be helpful.

Is your engine earth intact? I have in the past had cars earthing through choke controls because there was no earth cable

The black wire with the white stripe that was attached to the original Mikuni carb is hooked up to the ignition circuit (this is the fuel cut solenoid wire that is repurposed for the Webers' electric choke) - where is it hooked up to now? If you've grounded that wire out it will cook your ignition fuse.

+2 on that - use that wire for your electric choke if your weber has one.

I don't have it hooked to anything. I have a DGV(Manual chock). Is the wire by it's self or is it with a bunch of other wires in a connector?

The wire is a single thick black wire with a white stripe and has a bullet type connector on it with a silicone sheath/insulator. If it's not hooked up to anything it should be floating in the vicinity of the intake manifold. If it's grounded or hooked up to something it shouldn't be you need to find it and insulate it. This should be the only thing you have changed electrically speaking when you ditched the Mikuni for the Weber.
